To maintain maximum flavor and freshness, store your tea in a cool, dry, and dark place. We recommend using our airtight tin canisters to protect the leaves from light, air, and moisture.
What is your return policy for tea and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused accessories and unopened tea. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tea that has been opened or sampled.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States and Canada. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Are your tea sachets compostable?
Yes! Our tea sachets are made from a plant-based material called polylactic acid (PLA), which is derived from corn starch. They are 100% biodegradable and compostable in municipal facilities.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
